Capt. George "Doc" Proenza, a seasoned angler with over four decades of experience, embodies a lifelong passion for fishing. Growing up, he honed his skills alongside his father and grandfather, developing a deep understanding of the sport. This lifelong pursuit led him to establish his own charter business, sharing his expertise and the thrill of fishing with others.

A resident of Islamorada for nearly two decades, Capt. George possesses an intimate knowledge of the local waters. He has meticulously explored the region, identifying prime fishing spots for a wide variety of species. This invaluable knowledge ensures his clients have the best possible chance of landing a trophy catch and creating unforgettable memories on the water.

Capt. George Proenza is a versatile angler proficient in a variety of fishing techniques, including light tackle, heavy tackle, bottom fishing, trolling, spinning, jigging, drift fishing, and deep-sea fishing.
